Meet Katie Keys, PA. & CEO
Katie Keys, PA-C is the founder and lead injector at Viso Lounge Aesthetics, bringing over 14 years of experience as a certified Physician Assistant to her practice. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Purdue University and earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson-Broaddus College in West Virginia. Katie is deeply passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to continual learning to stay at the forefront of the industry. She prioritizes safety, precision, and natural-looking results, with a keen eye for enhancing each patient’s unique beauty. Known for her personalized approach, Katie takes time to understand her clients’ goals and customizes each treatment plan to help them look and feel their best.
Outside the treatment room, Katie lives in Noblesville with her husband and their four young kids!. She enjoys cheering on her sons at their sporting events, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her family at the beach.
Meet Meg Fricke, PA.
Meg Fricke, PA-C brings over 13 years of medical experience to Viso Lounge Aesthetics, with a deep foundation in both Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine. A certified Physician Assistant, Meg earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University, and has since developed a reputation for her calm, confident clinical skills and compassionate approach to care. Over the past three years, Meg has expanded her passion and expertise into the field of Medical Aesthetics, where she’s found her true calling—combining medical science with artistry to help patients look and feel their best. Her background in high-pressure medical environments gives her a unique edge in aesthetics, ensuring each treatment is performed with precision, safety, and thoughtful attention to detail. Meg thrives on connection. She takes the time to listen, educate, and guide her clients in defining their aesthetic goals. Her approach is centered on enhancing natural beauty through advanced techniques, medical-grade skincare, and cutting-edge procedures—always with the aim of creating refreshed, balanced results that empower confidence.

When she’s not working with clients, Meg enjoys life in Carmel with her husband and their two young daughters. She has a love for travel, a deep appreciation for wellness, and you’ll often find her at Pure Barre, where she recharges both mentally and physically.
Meet Cayla Sciscoe, np.
Cayla Sciscoe, NP-C, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with 6 years of experience, specializing in both Radiology and Aesthetic Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana State University, where she cultivated a strong foundation in advanced practice and patient-centered care. Cayla brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic vision to her role at Viso Lounge Aesthetics. With a background in procedural medicine, she combines precision, safety, and a deep understanding of anatomy to deliver refined, natural-looking results. Her passion for aesthetic medicine stems from a desire to help people feel confident and radiant in their own skin—and she views every treatment as an opportunity to support her patients on that journey. Known for her warm and calming presence, Cayla strives to make each patient feel at ease the moment they sit in her chair. She believes that the best aesthetic outcomes begin with trust, education, and thoughtful communication. Whether someone is new to injectables or a long-time client, Cayla takes time to understand their goals, tailor the treatment experience, and ensure they leave feeling excited, empowered, and refreshed. Payton Smith, LE, is a licensed esthetician and the proud owner of Reflection Renewed, where skincare meets intention, expertise, and transformation. With over five years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics industry, she has built a reputation for delivering personalized, results-driven treatments in a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. Known for her meticulous approach and deep understanding of skin health, Payton specializes in customized facials, advanced modalities, and holistic skincare regimens tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her goal is not just to improve skin—but to empower clients to embrace their natural beauty with confidence and care. As a dedicated professional, she continually seeks out advanced education and training to stay at the forefront of her field. She holds herself and her business to high standards of excellence, professionalism, and integrity, all while maintaining a warm, thoughtful, and grounded approach to every service.
